From the North

Take I-35W SOUTH to MN-280 SOUTH (Exit 23A). Take the TERRITORIAL RD./UNIVERSITY AVE. exit. Merge onto EUSTIS ST. and turn left on UNIVERSITY AVE. Turn right on RAYMOND AVE. Visitor parking is on the left. Please enter the building through the rear entrance by the parking lot. Parking is available in the parking lot behind the building or at meters on Raymond Avenue. Additional parking is also available in the PELHAM LOT.

From the South

Take I-35W NORTH toward MINNEAPOLIS. Take the I-94 exit toward ST PAUL. Exit on MN-280 and exit immediately on UNIVERSITY AVE./CROMWELL AVE. Take the first right onto FRANKLIN AVE., bear right as it becomes UNIVERSITY AVE., and turn right on RAYMOND AVE. Visitor parking is on the left. Please enter the building through the rear entrance by the parking lot. Parking is available in the parking lot behind the building or at meters on Raymond Avenue. Additional parking is also available in the PELHAM LOT.

From the East

Take I-94 WEST toward MINNEAPOLIS. Take the MN-280/PELHAM BLVD./UNIVERSITY AVE. exit and continue toward UNIVERSITY AVE. Take CROMWELL AVE. and turn right immediately on FRANKLIN AVE.  Bear Right on UNIVERSITY AVE W. and turn right on RAYMOND AVE. Visitor parking is on the left. Please enter the building through the rear entrance by the parking lot. Parking is available in the parking lot behind the building or at meters on Raymond Avenue. Additional parking is also available in the PELHAM LOT.

From the West

From South Dakota, take US-212 to MN-62. Take MN-62 to I-35W NORTH. Take the I-94 exit toward ST PAUL. Exit on MN-280 and exit immediately on UNIVERSITY AVE/CROMWELL AVE. Take the first right onto FRANKLIN AVE., bear right as it becomes UNIVERSITY AVE., and turn right on RAYMOND AVE. Visitor parking is on the left. From MSP Airport

Take MN-5 EAST toward MINNEAPOLIS. Take the ramp toward EDGECUMBE RD./RIVER BLVD./SHEPARD RD. and turn left on ST PAUL AVE. which becomes CLEVELAND AVE. S. Continue on CLEVELAND AVE.  and turn left on SUMMIT AVE. Turn right on CRETIN AVE. N. which becomes VANDALIA ST. Continue on VANDALIA ST. until you reach UNIVERSITY AVE. W. Turn left on UNIVERSITY. Turn left on RAYMOND AVE.  Visitor parking is on the left. Please enter the building through the rear entrance by the parking lot. Parking is available in the parking lot behind the building or at meters on Raymond Avenue. Additional parking is also available in the PELHAM LOT.

Pelham Parking Lot

Additional parking is available at an off-site lot approximately one block from The Collaboration's office. To reach the Pelham Lot from our primary parking lot, turn left onto RAYMOND out of our parking lot. Take the first right onto MYRTLE AVE. Take the second right into the Pelham lot on the corner of Pelham and Myrtle.
